Skylar Jackson was born April 9th, 1996, to the parents of Victor and Alicia Jackson. He is the youngest of two children. Skylar is the proud graduate of Waverly High School, where he participated in many extracurricular activities such as Varsity Track and Field, Honors Choir, and The Black Student Union to name a few. He's also a member of Union Missionary Baptist Church where he served on the greeter's and usher ministries, mime and youth praise teams, and youth choir. Skylar was also a member of the Y-Achievers of Lansing and The Turning Point of Lansing where he fulfilled many community service hours such as: The Advent House clean up, singing to all the students in his school district with his choir, preparing Thanksgiving baskets for the less fortunate, and reading to elementary school students to only name a few. Skylar is currently a freshman at Morehouse College where he plans to major in communications. After graduating college, he wants to become a Television broadcaster and possibly start an acting career. As a child, Skylar always enjoyed being in front of the crowd, and entertaining them. Therefore, he has always showed a strong interest in the entertainment world. Also, he is a very caring and hard working individual. Skylar will do whatever it takes to become successful because his main goal in life is to take care of his family.
